English Key is an IELTS & PTE Preparation Centre run by a team of qualified English as a first language tutors. They offer flexible language classes to international students in Melbourne & Sydney and equip them with the tools to achieve the best results on exam day.
English Key partnered with Arrow for the purpose of establishing a ‘permanent, stable presence on Google’ to develop their status as an authority in the industry and secure an ongoing stream of weekly enquiries. Seeking both urgent results and long-term momentum, they wanted to significantly boost enrolled students at any time by way of new enquiries. English Key needed immediate brand exposure and leads that were also sustainable over the long-term.
Arrow devised a targeted SEO campaign to grow their organic search rankings towards earning page 1 dominance. We teamed this with Google my Business and devised a pay-per-click (Google Adwords) strategy to jumpstart brand awareness and leads more quickly. Furthermore, we initiated a social media campaign through Facebook to generate buzz on a platform ideally suited to English Key’s student client-base. Finally, to prepare for the new stream of visitors, Arrow also proposed new website content to enhance user engagement and the site’s conversion potential.
Each of our SEO, AdWords & social media campaigns have been highly effective in their own right, but operating together have produced spectacular results for English Key. Testament to their growth, English Key have since opened a new Sydney location to further expand the business. Some milestones include: An over 80% PPC top-of-page rate with an average ad ranking of 1.3, AdWords enquiry/conversion rate of up to 18%; 9 times the online average of 2%. 81% of keywords on the first page within 6 months. Optimised Facebook video campaign earned 30 times more viewers and website clicks on the same spend. Facebook remarketing reached over 30,000 additional viewers whilst halving the existing spends. 90% (18 out of 20) organic keywords on the first page. Website traffic increased by an average of 3,000 visitors per month.
