BackgroundBabysitters are hard to find, but Juggle St’s groundbreaking new business concept to unite childminders with caregivers was an entirely digital concept that Arrow were able to bring to life. The online neighbourhood babysitting platform burst onto the market in record-breaking time, to secure an eventual sale of the business.
ChallengeJuggle Street enlisted Arrow Digital as they wanted to partner with a full service agency and were aware of Arrow’s strong track-record in the space of emerging companies. They had followed our work in helping transform parenting directory Kidspot into a multi-million dollar business, and sought to replicate that success and fast-track their new business to become a household name. Embodying a social network that provides busy working parents an “introductory platform” to meet babysitters/helpers in their neighbourhood, Juggle Street were seeking an agency that understood innovation and made it a hallmark of their marketing approach. They had ambitious targets in increasing their registration numbers and we were all too happy to rise to the challenge.
SolutionArrow devised an integrated campaign to cover the key angles of online brand awareness and lead acquisition to propel Juggle Street’s growth. We developed a mammoth SEO campaign optimising 100+ keywords for maximum, long-term visibility at both a metropolitan and suburban level. We recognised electronic word of mouth to be a pillar of their service model and crucial to bringing new parents and helpers into the fold, so we also dedicated our energy into growing their existing social media community through video, slideshow and photo advertising on Facebook. This included the clever deployment of demographic targeting to refine and capture their target audience. Finally, to drive even greater numbers of relevant traffic, we also launched a pay-per-click campaign that would extend their visibility at the top of Google’s search network.
Merely 5 months into the project, and Juggle Street have already experienced significant and measurable revenue growth as a result of our efforts. In fact, we have more than doubled their overall monthly registration numbers, equating to a 155% growth from when we started compared to now. Breaking it down, the avenue of social media has allowed us to triple their audience reach on Facebook, drive 14,000+ users to the website, and reduce their cost per conversion from $30 down to $17; all cementing Facebook’s lead potential. Our pay-per-click campaign has been similarly successful in capturing the target audience as witnessed by the healthy 10% conversion rate for registrations and the low cost per conversion of under $20; securing another sustainable lead avenue through which to dominate the competition. Along with almost doubling their page 1 organic rankings, Juggle Street has observed a 220% increase in total website sessions since our involvement. They have expressed delight with the calibre of results achieved so far and eagerly anticipate the growth to come.
