Simply put it this way, 48% users say that if a website is not mobile friendly, they count it as in indication that the brand does not care about their convenience.

Working on your website to become mobile responsive not only boosts your capacity to close more deals and get more checkouts. It also keeps your customer experience quite a great journey even at first touchpoint.


Google’s Mobile-first indexing
Just recently, Google announced that it will now rank search results based only on the mobile-version of the page even if you are doing a search from your desktop. Previously, if someone searched from an iPhone, Google would show them mobile results. And if someone searched for something on a desktop, they’d get “desktop results” but this is no longer the case. No matter what device you use, Google shows you results from their mobile index.

The general idea is to rethink your mobile content. Create a responsive mobile website that will allow search engine crawlers to access, read, and digest your content easily. Optimize the UX (user experience) for all devices – smartphones, tablets, and small screens. Take a look at what you’re posting on your blog or social media pages. Ask yourself if your content will render properly on your user’s screens or If you used the right image size and orientation?
